Creating Actionable Business Plans
A large publicly traded human resource solutions company, was experiencing the pinch from increased competition in the marketplace, resulting in clients asking for more service at the same price. Regional managers wrote lengthy business plans at the beginning of each fiscal year, which sat unopened once the year started. Management wanted to turn their business plans into action plans. BLG Consulting Group worked with the Regional Managers to turn the 50-100 page business plans into 1-2 page action plans that were referred to on a daily basis.
