Mary is a 20 year sales veteran with a strong track record of success in Strategic Selling, Training and Sales Management. Mary holds a BS degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, which explains both her passon and her success in affecting change through the use of metrics.
Mary has achieved excellence in both sales management and individual contributor roles. As the Sales Operations Manager at Optionetics, Inc. Mary doubled sales revenue for the Inside Sales Department in one year, through optimization of the sales process, and focused coaching of the sales team.
Throughout her career, Mary has consistently ranked as a top performer nationally. She has won numerous Sales Achievement Awards, including recognition for developing key relationships with business partners that include Cisco, HP, Intel, and Lockheed Martin. She has participated in Leadership Training Programs, and is a certified Sales Trainer.
Mary's operational roles in B2B and B2C companies of all sizes, has honed her expertise in leveraging data throughout an organization in order to develop strong Sales 2.0 platforms.
