Bridget Gleason - Principal

Sales and Business Development
Bridget Gleason - Principal and Founder of BLG Consulting Group - began her sales career in 1985 with Xerox Corporation; one of the early pioneers of the Solutions Selling model. Her immediate and continued sales success is a testament to the importance of selling systems and selling process. Bridget received numerous sales achievement awards during her career at Xerox Corporation, Wang Laboratories, and Visionary Design Systems (Hewlett Packard's Largest Technical VAR).

Management and Operations
In 1998 Bridget started Summit Group Consulting - a technology services organization serving the high tech community in Silicon Valley. It was with Summit Group Consulting that Bridget was able to create an organization with a double bottom line, thus proving her conviction that companies can "do good and do well" at the same time. The employment of a diverse workforce of underserved youth and minority populations generated a strong financial as well as social return on investment, thus creating high value for stakeholders.

Strategic Marketing and Sales Consulting

Lois Wong - Partner

Lois A. Wong, partner at BLG Consulting Group, specializes in working with sales teams in small and medium sized firms on business interactions including closing business deals, sales processes, effective presentation messaging, strategic account management, and facilitating meetings for revenue results. Her consulting expertise lies in the area of developing the skills of people who have risen quickly within their businesses and now must work with potential clients, partners, and investors. She has also collaborated with brilliant executives in highly technical fields and developed the ability to serve as a liaison among business, engineering, and upper management.

Sales and Business Development
With over 25 years of experience in Solutions Selling, SPIN Selling, Consultative Selling, and negotiations, Lois exceeded sales, software, and services plan year over year and won the highest sales honors. With a deep understanding of best practices and skilled at establishing solid customer contacts, she closed millions of dollars in complex deals in a variety of industries including software development and services, storage, multi-media, medical devices, financial services, and telecommunications.

Leadership Consulting & Mentoring
Serving on a number of Advisory Boards and working with thousands of talented executives from all over the world at (Xerox) PARC, Lois gained a rare view from the top. She used her knowledge to coach high potential women leaders by offering individualized attention, continuous feedback, and personal and professional insight in a challenging environment.
